Companion Rules in Clinics
- The number of companions is limited to one (1) person.
- Companions must comply with hospital rules. In case of violation, their right to accompany the patient will be revoked.
- Companions should not perform any procedures on the patient other than those directed by the physician or nurse.
- Companions must use hospital property and equipment neatly and cleanly.
- To ensure a peaceful environment, patients and their relatives should not talk loudly or make noise in patient rooms or ward corridors. Additionally, televisions in rooms should be used in a way that does not disturb others.
- Companions must not take patients outside the hospital or change their beds without the knowledge of the doctor or nurse.
- No food or beverages should be given to the patient without consulting the doctor or nurse.
- Companions must not use tobacco or alcoholic substances within the hospital.
- Ward nurses must be informed about any companion changes.
- Companions should immediately inform the nurse if there is any problem with their patients.
- Companions are expected to assist in patient care only to the extent permitted by the doctor and nurse.
- Companions are expected to comply with all the rules of our hospital.
General Rules
- Fifteen minutes before visiting hours end (at 9:45 p.m.), an announcement is made to inform that visits will end at 10:00 p.m. A final announcement is made again at 10:00 p.m.
- After visiting hours end, the ward nurse checks the rooms and politely reminds any remaining visitors to leave. In case of any issues, the administrative supervisor and/or security personnel are contacted.
- After 10:00 p.m., the security officer and administrative supervisor tour all clinics and receive updates from nurses.
- Visitors and companions must not disturb other patients. In such cases, individuals are politely warned.
- Based on the above rules, visitation and companion policies are established and published on the official website.
